Blog Assignment #4: Leadership

   A leader is neccesaly on a company, a sports team and so on. If there is no leader on a group, members will be selfish and can not work together. What qualities or characteristics make a good leader? I think that a person who have a broad outlook on will be a good leader. A leader should set eyes on not a part of the members but all the people. And a cheerful person is competent for a leader. I don't want to follow a gloomy people. Are leaders born or made? I think that leaders are made. Perhaps there is a person who have a tendency to be a leader. But, people can change their characteristics. In fact , I know a man who was a shy boy and couldn't speak in pubric , but now he is a very good leader of my high school's soccer club.　So, I think that leaders are made. Thank you for reading.

How is English important for your job or future?

These days, more and more Japanese people speak English when we studies, tlaveles and works. I have studied English for 7 years sinse I was junior high school student. Now, most people say that an official language is English. So, I want to use English fluently, and when I work, I want to communicate with foreigners in English. I think that Japanese company from now on need to speak English.

Changing my hometown

My hometown, Seika town, is very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. But, I have two inconvenience things and I would like to change  these.

The first of inconvenience things is that there is very a few convenience store near my house. When I want to buy some foods and drinks at midnight, I have to go to the convenience store which are located at more 1km far place by car. So then, it takes a lot of time and it is not convenience .

The second of inconvenience things is that there is no enjoyable place. I want to do karaoke, bowling, billiard and so on near my house. My town is too boring!
